Experience: individual psychotherapy, skills groups and assessment.
I am a clinical psychologist who helps clients create fulfilling and meaningful lives. I have a compassionate and structured approach to therapy, and utilize a combination of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) interventions. I have been in the psychology field for over 20 years, and have enjoyed clinical work, research, teaching, and consulting.

In my clinical work, I believe that the therapy relationship is a “real” relationship, and I value connecting with clients in a genuine way. I offer an empathic and curious listening ear, along with organized steps and positive encouragement that facilitates change. Clients may expect to complete tasks and track their experiences between sessions. Adults struggling with depression, anxiety, mood swings, life transitions, relationship difficulties, impulsivity, and other challenges are welcome into my practice. I enjoy working with people from all backgrounds and walks of life.
