Biography
I obtained a PhD in clinical psychology from Alliant University/California School of Professional Psychology in 2015. I have been a CA Licensed Psychologist since 2016.
I enjoy working with children, adults, and families. I provide lifespan comprehensive and neuropsychological assessment. I provide in-person therapy for children and teletherapy for adults and teens.
I have worked as a school psychologist and have clinical experience in psychotherapy and substance use treatment. I have experience in comprehensive psychological, neuropsychological, psychoeducational, and behavioral assessment. My individual, group, and family therapy experience has been with children, teens, and adults, with utilization of modalities including play therapy, motivational interviewing, CBT, art therapy, and social skills groups.
Research and practice interests include multicultural assessment, psychometrics, statistics, and math. Academically, I have supported graduate students in clinical psychology PhD/PsyD programs in their education and clinical training as they work towards their career goals and eventual licensure. I have taught psychological assessment, statistics, research methods, substance use, clinical and ethical issues, psychopathology, and socialization to the profession.
