● Provide therapy services in a KP (managed care) outpatient psychiatry clinical setting as a generalist treating the full range of psychopathology in members who present for help through evidence-based care
● Conduct secondary intakes and collaborate on development of targeted, time-limited treatment plans utilizing CTB, MI, ACT, harm reduction, relational, and dynamic modalities
● Team member of older adult program since Jan, 2024, supporting members ages 70+ in short-term individual counseling and closed cohort process groups towards identifying needs for making adaptations during their continued aging process

Depression, anxiety, PTSD, and stress; all part of life, and while we don't want to, we have to deal with in order to grow, flourish, and understand. I make myself available to meet your present needs with compassion.
