More Personal Info
You are stressed. You can cope with a lot but you might also find yourself avoiding, numbing, distracting, or shutting down. You might be facing a crisis of identity. You might be overwhelmed with work or kids, or you might be at a trouble spot in your relationship. You might have faced trauma or abuse, that cloud your everyday behavior. You might be struggling to live your choices free of needless suffering. You might be in the middle of navigating a complicated transition. You need some help to talk through your feelings about these experiences.
I work with individuals (18+), couples, and families to support their process of figuring out ways to manage their lives. Depression, anxiety, PTSD, and stress; all part of life, and while we don't want to, we have to deal with in order to grow, flourish, and understand. I make myself available to meet your present needs with compassion.
I welcome you to connect with me in taking the first steps of therapy. It may be a time of transition or uncertainty, I'm glad to help you in making sense of the stress and identifying a healthy response to it. I encourage being in relationship with yourself, others, and your environment to be most available for meeting the moment in front of you.
