Clinical Psychologist

My goal is to work with clients to strengthen relationships, foster change and enhance what might already be working.

I have helped people of all ages to learn effective strategies to live more fulfilling and satisfying lives. Issues that I have experience working with include depression, trauma, grief and loss, parenting stress and strategies, changes in relationships and other life transitions.

My sub-specialty is working with new parents and parents dealing with perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. I have advanced training from Karen Kleiman's Postpartum Stress Center, I'm a member of Postpartum Support International and I'm a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional (PMH-C).

I approach my work with warmth, authenticity, and humor. Therapy should be a supportive environment that allows clients to talk openly with someone who is objective, neutral and nonjudgmental.
