Clinical Psychologist
I work with adults who have identified challenges with: anxiety, depression, mood volatility, communication issues, codependency, identity exploration, interpersonal relationship challenges, trauma-related stress, navigation of experiences due to marginalized identities, neurodiversity, life transitions, impact of systems and social justice work, sleep issues, and/or general discomfort of "that something" in life that is needing a change.

I aim to meet you where you are rather than where you, society, or any one psychological approach think you 'should' be. I will collaborate with you, challenge you, and offer nuanced perspectives for your consideration.

I strongly believe in the importance of validating emotions and personal narratives, fostering space for both hard work and humor, and creating a therapeutic relationship built on open-mindedness and forward progress. My goal is that you feel confident in, and committed to, utilizing the skills we develop together.
