Advanced Supplemental Clinical Psychology Practicum Trainee

• Returned for the 2023-2024 academic year in the role of the student mentor, responsible for peer supervision and training, as well as coordinating case assignments and intakes. Ensure continuity of care and appropriate match between student therapists and patients.
• In an inpatient, secured hospital setting, offer integrative, sometimes brief, psychotherapy interventions, both individually and in groups.
• Experienced working with a uniquely challenging population that is characterized by multiple psychiatric and sociocultural factors, such as severe mental illness, moderate to severe cognitive impairment, geriatric, trauma, physical disabilities, BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and vulnerable socioeconomic status.
