My approach to therapy focuses on empowerment over shame and stigma to move from simply surviving towards thriving. Let’s find the light and stay in it.

I aim to create an environment in which an individual’s autonomy is valued and they feel both respected and understood. I have expertise working with individuals with a history of trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression, and identity-based stress. As a clinician-educator, I prefer evidence-based practice and empirically supported treatments. My clinical work primarily draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, values-based, and mindfulness-based approaches.
