Education and Experience
I am a second-year student in the APA-accredited Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) program at The Wright Institute, with an anticipated graduation date of June 2028. I am currently a student clinician at the Wright Institute Clinic, where I provide psychodynamic therapy to adults and young adults. Previously, I trained at the Berkeley Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Clinic, working with individuals using ACT and DBT techniques. My clinical work is informed by research experience at the University of Michigan’s Emotion and Self-Control Lab and the Ross School of Business, where I contributed to studies on emotion regulation and personal growth in organizations. I graduated with distinction from the University of Michigan in December 2022 with a B.A. in Psychology.
More Personal Info
I am passionate about psychodynamic therapy and relational approaches to clinical work, particularly in working with adults and young adults. My clinical and research interests include the impact of social media on identity development, the intersection of feminism and psychodynamic theory, and how nature influences emotional well-being. Originally from the Bay Area, I am excited to be training in Alameda County and connecting with a community of psychologists dedicated to deepening clinical practice and professional growth. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, cooking with loved ones, and exploring local art.
