I am a passionate and culturally attuned mental health clinician dedicated to supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds in their journey toward healing and self-empowerment. With over a decade of experience in India and the U.S., my work has been rooted in the belief that mental health care should be compassionate, inclusive, and grounded in cultural humility.

I began my career as a preschool teacher and counselor in India, working closely with children with special needs and adolescent girls navigating emotional and academic challenges. That early exposure to developmental and emotional psychology inspired me to pursue advanced training in clinical psychology in the United States. Since earning my PsyD from Alliant International University, I have continued to work with a wide spectrum of clients, including adolescents, adults, couples, and immigrant/refugee populations.

Outside of work, I value mindfulness, community involvement, and advocating for accessible mental health education. I’ve facilitated psychoeducation workshops for survivors of domestic violence and participated as a panelist in emotional wellness events for adolescents and parents.

At my core, I am someone who believes in the power of compassionate connection, systemic awareness, and clinical integrity. My ultimate goal is to continue growing as a clinician while uplifting the voices and stories of those I serve.

Currently, I am Unlicensed and is working towards the licensure.
