Join local psychotherapists, Noah Oderberg, Ph.D. (instructor) and Shelley M. Samuels, LPCC (discussant), for a town-hall discussion focused on how to work with the many external world stresses that emerge in the therapy room, in particular, climate anxiety and despair. There will be a guided imagery exercise to model ways to cope with climate anxiety, as well as Q & A periods throughout so that participants can engage in an important discussion about climate anxiety. This is not a CE event.
